The Bar Method Dallas-Park Cities studio provides an effective, fun, and challenging experience in each class while creating a community that is welcoming, supportive, and inspiring. The Bar Method workout creates a uniquely lean, firm, sculpted body by combining the muscle shaping principles of isometrics, the body-elongating practice of dance, the science of physical therapy and the intense pace of interval training into a powerful exercise format that quickly and safely strengthens and elongates muscles.

We are here to improve your confidence, reshape your body, and enhance your life through one incredibly targeted and effective hour.

Make sure to arrive 15 minutes before your first class to fill out a release form, meet your teacher, and get settled in class.
